Historical town hall & city center
The historic town hall, which has an impressive building complex, is located on Schmalkalden’s market square. It consists of three different parts and is marked by its history. In front of the town hall, the market day takes place every Wednesday, when many regional traders offer their goods.

Zinnfigurenmuseum (Pewter Figure Museum)
Fully sculpted miniature figures as well as buildings true to scale can be found in one of the largest private collections in Schmalkalden. More than 10,000 pewter figures are publicly exhibited on 300 square meters.
