Delicacies on your plate: Your brand-new fall/winter menu is here!

Dear Ehrental enthusiasts, nature lovers and connoisseurs,

Mark your calendars for October 20th, because things are about to get really hot here – and not just by the fireplace! 🔥 We've got our chef's hats on full tilt, our pots blazing, and proudly present you: OUR NEW FALL/WINTER MENU! Forget boring soups and monotonous fare – we're celebrating the cold season with true flavor explosions that will warm you from head to toe (or rather, from palate to stomach)!

A little taste of your new favorites:

  • The star of the appetizer sky: our house-smoked red venison ham ! 🦌 Tender, spicy, with an incomparable smoky note – this is pure Thuringian Forest on your plate. A must for every gourmet!

  • Classics reinterpreted: We love our Thuringian roots, but we also love to surprise you! Look forward to familiar favorites with a fresh, exciting twist.

  • Warming food for the soul: Whether creamy soups that taste of autumn leaves and forest, or hearty main courses that really warm you up after a walk – we've thought of everything.

  • Sweet sins: And because the eye (and the stomach!) also needs dessert, there are, of course, tempting creations that make the perfect ending.

Because we cook with passion and the finest regional products! Because we love tradition, but also always embrace new ideas. And because we know that good food soothes the soul – especially when the leaves are falling outside or the first snow has fallen.

But beware: Even though the menu is new, our popular rotating specials remain! Keep an eye on our chalkboard, as it's often home to the latest seasonal surprises, available for a limited time only.

So, grab your loved ones, reserve your favorite spot by the window with a forest view, and let us pamper you starting October 20th . We can't wait to see your faces when you savor the first bites of our new creations!

See you soon at the Waldhotel Ehrental, your Ehrentalers!
