Dear knights of the highway, dear cornering queens and all those who know that true happiness lies between two wheels and a full tank of gas!
A killer tour lies behind you, the sun has given its all and the last few kilometers were pure pleasure. But then comes the question of all questions: where to take you and your trusty steed now? Sure, there's always somewhere to park. But do you really want to do that? Just leave your bike, which has carried you safely through countless hairpin bends, somewhere? And you yourself? Don't you deserve more than just a bed after a day like that?
We at the Waldhotel Ehrental say: Definitely! With us, the riding fun doesn't end at the kerb. It flows seamlessly into the leisurely part of the day.

Your bike sleeps safely so that you can too. The first thing you think about when you get off is your bike. We understand that. That's why we give your pride and joy a safe place to rest. No “lantern parking”, no queasy feeling. So you can sit back and relax, knowing that your machine is already dreaming of the next day's curves.
From the saddle to your made-up bed. And while the bike slumbers, your well-deserved evening begins. Our rooms are more than just four walls. They are your personal oasis of peace after hundreds of kilometers “on the road”. Fall into the soft pillows, stretch out your tired bones and enjoy the heavenly silence of the forest. No city noise, no hustle and bustle - just the gentle rustling of the trees. This is relaxation that you can not only hear, but also feel.
The perfect pit stop for hungry heroes. What would a perfect day of touring be without a grand finale? Our sun terrace is already waiting for you. Just imagine: You toast with a cool blonde, talk shop about the best sections of the route and let our kitchen spoil you. A juicy steak, Thuringian specialties, something hearty that gives you strength for the next day - that's the stuff biker dreams are made of.
And because we know that the weather can have an opinion of its own, we are currently building our own drying room. Soon you'll be able to dry your gear overnight and return the next morning without feeling clammy.
